The Story

Hikari 光 , meaning “LIGHT” in Japanese, is a reminder to embrace stillness and find beauty in the present. This word is made up of a single kanji that is often associated with clarity and brightness. The presence of light is a universal concept, and in Japan, 光 carries both its physical meanings as well as deep symbolism, such as hope, inspiration, and renewal.

This radiant fragrance captures the essence of joy, weaving together memories of nature’s quiet splendor. It recalls your favorite photograph of a crisp spring morning in the quiet countryside. The glimmering sunlight dancing on rain-kissed green tea leaves, their surface bathed in the morning dew. The scent opens with the crisp, invigorating notes of bergamot, awakening the senses like the first drops of rain. Delicate jasmine blooms at the heart, its airy floral accords evoking the tranquility of a peaceful afternoon.
