Frequently asked questions

We're happy to offer samples in-store so guests can take home a favorite from their visit and live with it on skin — but we don't sell samples online. The Drydown isn't a decanting business. Decanted samples are hand-sprayed by our team in between helping customers, filled to roughly the 3/4 mark (about 2ml).

It isn't an exact science. If you pick up several samples, you may notice small differences in fill level from one to the next. The point of a sample is time with the fragrance, not a precise volume. If precision matters to you, we'd recommend ordering from a dedicated online decanting service with the equipment to measure to the milliliter.
