Shipping & returns
I. Shipping
We ship ground to the lower 48 states. $8.50 flat for up to 3 bottles, plus $5 per bottle after that. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
We can't ship full-size bottles to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses through the website — air-freight rules on flammable liquids make it case-by-case. If you're outside the lower 48 and want a bottle, email [email protected] and we'll quote you directly.
II. Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Fragrance is a personal, hygienic product, and once a bottle has left the shop we can't resell it — even unopened — with the same confidence we owe the next customer.
If you're not sure about a scent, samples are the right move — stop by the shop and we'll help you find one. If you bought something and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] — we read every message and we'd rather hear from you than have you walk away unhappy.
III. Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, that's on us and the carrier — not on you. Email a photo of the package and the bottle to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for a lost package), and we'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer.
