The Story

Jammy raspberry, Brazilian pink pepper, and natural Vietnamese oud... a chocolate-covered berry after dark.

Midnight Raspberry is our most premium fragrance yet, an oud built to read midnight, not dessert. A photo-realistic raspberry opens bright with coriander and Brazilian pink pepper, then a generous dose of natural Vietnamese agarwood, oud, wraps the fruit in dark complexity, like the chocolate shell on a berry. Plush patchouli, a high-end musk accord, saffron, cedar, and a whisper of ambergris smooth the dry down into something sensual and refined. The musks keep the oud feeling light and airy, so it gets noticed without ever overwhelming a room.

The House

Day Three was founded in 2022 by Michael and Vanessa Paul, and within months of releasing their first perfume — La Tacita de Café — won the Art and Olfaction Golden Pear Award. The house treats perfume as a vessel for precious moments and memory. It is a true family operation: their niece and sister work closely with the team, and Michael, in another life, was a stage magician.
