The Story

We built Escándalo to echo those secret Bachata gatherings where dancers moved closer under the moon‑lit palms of a Dominican beach. A flash of limón dulce and tropical foliage sparks the scene; guava juice sweetens the top notes. Then a playful Dominican daisy—sweet as bubblegum—twirls between Rose de Mai and jasmine sambac. Finally, eaglewood, vetiver, and Orcanox smolder like midnight sand in the base of the fragrance. Crowned a 2024 Skincare Anarchy Award winner, this soft fragrance turns hidden passion into a scent you'll be obsessed with.

The House

Day Three was founded in 2022 by Michael and Vanessa Paul, and within months of releasing their first perfume — La Tacita de Café — won the Art and Olfaction Golden Pear Award. The house treats perfume as a vessel for precious moments and memory. It is a true family operation: their niece and sister work closely with the team, and Michael, in another life, was a stage magician.
