The Story

GINGER‑LIME FIZZ, COCONUT‑JASMINE BREEZE... SUN‑LIT DEL MAR CAUGHT IN CRYSTAL SURF.
We built Del Mar eau de parfum to feel like a barefoot dawn on California’s golden coast: warm sand underfoot, salt spray on skin, linen still crisp from yesterday’s sun. A snap of ginger, lime zest, and bergamot breaks like a wave, sliding into a sheer heart of jasmine and creamy coconut over our clean “sand” accord. White musk and warm amber linger into the dry down; proof that paradise can travel anywhere, in fragrance form.

The House

Day Three was founded in 2022 by Michael and Vanessa Paul, and within months of releasing their first perfume — La Tacita de Café — won the Art and Olfaction Golden Pear Award. The house treats perfume as a vessel for precious moments and memory. It is a true family operation: their niece and sister work closely with the team, and Michael, in another life, was a stage magician.
