The Story

Close your eyes and imagine the best summer afternoon of your life — golden light on warm skin, bare shoulders dusted with freckles, the ocean shimmering in the distance. That's Muse. It opens with lush mango and sparkling pink pepper, melting into creamy gardenia and delicate sweet pea at its heart. The dry down is where the magic happens: warm sandalwood and cashmere wrap you in something impossibly soft, airy, and addictive.

The House

Andrea Maack is an Icelandic visual artist whose perfume house began as a gallery experiment in 2012 — a single fragrance called Smart (Smell Art) made for a Reykjavik exhibition. The audience response turned the project into a full body of scented installations, then into a brand. The bottles are modeled on the obsidian volcanic rock of the Icelandic highlands; the contents stay close to the work that started it all — perfume as a piece of art you can wear.
