Small Indian bookstores have a special place in our hearts because they stand as timeless havens of the analog in an increasingly digital world. The artistry of cover designs, the crisp sound of a spine cracking open, and the inexplicably unique combination of aromas from aged books, fresh ink and crisp paper—all these elements contribute to an experience that transcends the sterile efficiency of the digital realm Using a delicate blend of sandalwood, leather, tobacco, cardamom, orris, aldehyde and muguet as our hero ingredients, we aim to share our interpretation of the enduring Indian independent bookstore.
