The Story

Fruity | Gourmand

Sunset Hour is a fruity gourmand perfume inspired by the glowing skies of Broome.

Australian Desert Peach blends with Pear, Raspberry, Jasmin Sambac, Salty Caramel, Vanilla, Benzoin and Sandalwood for a juicy, delicious creation.

Sunrise (Top Notes): Juicy, Spicy, Joyful

Sunset (Base Notes): Gourmand, Soft Woody, Sensuous

As the blazing sun dips into the Indian Ocean, Sunset Hour paints the horizon with scent. Inspired by Broome and its native Desert Peach, this fruity gourmand fragrance is playful yet sophisticated. A delicious elixir best savoured at dusk.

It opens with crisp Pear, radiant Mandarin and the distinctive tartness of Desert Peach, a note with hints of rhubarb and a sun-kissed saltiness. Raspberry adds a luscious sparkle, while Jasmin Sambac blooms through the heart, enriched by accents of Green Mango, Ginger and creamy Coconut.

A whisper of Pink Pepper sharpens the fruity tartness, while Australian Sandalwood grounds the composition with a spiced green woodiness. Finally, the indulgence of Salty Caramel, warm Vanilla and Benzoin from Laos creates a smooth and lingering finish.

The House

Goldfield & Banks is Australia's premier luxury perfume house. Founder and creative director Dimitri Weber spent years in international fragrance development before launching the house in 2016, with one ambition: honor the Australian land through gender-free fragrance. The perfumes are built on native Australian botanicals — every essential oil traceable from field to bottle — blended in the French tradition and diluted in organic beetroot alcohol.
