This fragrance mirrors the dish's core ingredients, echoes the warmth of spice blend, and weaves in hints of fresh herbs like basil and cilantro. While not a literal translation, Pho Breakfast invites you to appreciate the dish's complex symphony of aromas and tastes.

Perfumer & Creative's Note

"We anticipated differing opinions with this scent, especially from aficionados of the dish who might claim it does not resemble pho. We concede, our intent was not to replicate pho seasoning packets. Instead, we opted for a fresh and lightly gourmand interpretation to encapsulate the essence of the dish. The top notes are brimming with fresh herbs that slowly reveal a spicy undertone. A touch of patchouli imparts a hint of umami richness."
