The Story

In the midst of the seemingly unreal portrait of the harbor of Portofino, time pauses for a moment. The picturesque landscape unfolds like a living painting in which the citrus freshness and aquatic elegance of the fragrances blend harmoniously with the deep blue of the sea.

The notes of citrus trees, fresh and sparkling, dance in the gentle breeze and combine with the sweet aroma of jasmine and magnolia that rises from the dreamy gardens. These floral accents caress the senses, while in the background the spicy, woody scents of the city convey a sense of history and tradition.

The House

Birkholz Perfume Manufacture works from a Berlin atelier where, since 2017, creation, refinement, and consultation have happened in one place — family-led, on more than twenty years of expertise. Compositions are developed with renowned perfumers, finished by hand, and produced in limited quantities. The house holds that a perfume is a personal signature, and says plainly what it is after: not trends, but timelessness, character, and the quiet confidence of true luxury.
