The Story

Transport yourself to the heart of a sultry evening, where the air is thick with the intoxicating allure of mezcal and the zest of fresh citrus. This fragrance opens with a bold Mezcal Accord, invigorated by the crisp brightness of Lime, Citron, Bergamot, and Sweet Orange, while hints of tropical Mango and sparkling Aldehydes add a playful twist.

At its heart, the floral warmth of OsmanthusYlang-Ylang, and Jasmine Sambac blend with lush Palm Leaves, creating an exotic, sun-drenched bouquet that feels both luxurious and wild.

The base notes evoke the warmth of golden sands underfoot and the earthiness of the outdoors. Rich Beach Sand, grounded by the woody depth of Virginian Cedarwood and Indian Sandalwood, are harmonized with the complexity of OakmossAmber Extreme, and Davana. Hints of Iso E SuperAmbroxan, and the sensual touch of Helvetolide create a lasting, modern finish that lingers like a secret.

This scent is an invitation to adventure—a wild, daring blend that captures the spirit of freedom, indulgence, and nature’s raw beauty. Perfect for those who seek to embrace life with a bold, unforgettable fragrance.

The House

Michael Salazar makes Aromas de Salazar by hand from his San Diego studio, blending every batch himself so the color and the scent stay consistent bottle to bottle. The naturals do the coloring; the result is a line that feels personal rather than industrial. Salazar is also a familiar face at The Drydown — he teaches our Sip and Create workshops, sharing the craft with anyone curious about making perfume.
